FICC will process CPR claims as a component of Cash Settlement. CPR claims will be paid / collected on “B” payable in the month following the month a member delivered the re-transmittal claim.
For example, if FICC received a claim on September 30th and could not retransmit it until October 3rd, the claim for both sides would be processed on “B” payable of November. If FICC received a claim in September and retransmitted it in September, both sides of the claim will be processed on “B” payable in October.
