Onboarding Hub

Onboarding Hub assists you when onboarding to a new DTCC product or service by helping you assign, review, and complete onboarding lifecycle tasks. You can currently use Onboarding Hub to facilitate onboarding lifecycle tasks for Private Market Solutions (AIP) and FICC Government Securities Division (GSD) – Indirect Membership Request. Onboarding Hub will be offered for ITP products and services later in 2026.

DTCC's Onboarding Hub allows you to: 

  • Review and complete onboarding tasks 
  • Assign onboarding tasks 
  • Contact the Support Team for information with the onboarding process 
  • Review a comprehensive list of documents and agreements 

The Onboarding Hub is currently available for the following products: 

  • Private Market Solutions (AIP) 
  • FICC Government Securities Division (GSD) - Indirect Membership Request
