Billing is accumulated across all of a member’s accounts and aggregates to optimize member volume discounts. Regardless of how many aggregates and accounts a member has, one aggregate will be debited the total monthly fee. Late fees are also accumulated at the member level. Fees are collected on Class B Settlement Date.
