This course provides learners with an in-depth understanding of U.S. corporate actions processing on securities eligible for processing at DTC, including; income events and interest payments, cash and stock distributions, stock splits, instructions and exchange of securities events (e.g., Mandatory, Voluntary, Redemptions and Reorganizations) through the CA Web. Throughout the course, the corporate action life cycle process will be reinforced to ensure an understanding of the triggers and time-critical activities necessary to successfully handle a transaction from announcement through payment and distribution.
