How to Submit a Connectivity Request  

To contact a connectivity specialist follow the below steps to submit the appropriate case.
  1. Review your connectivity options in the DTCC Connectivity Catalogue.
  2. Download and complete the appropriate Connectivity Form within our Connectivity Resources page.
  3. Select Submit Request below.
  4. Login to MyDTCC.
  5. Click Support.
  6. Click Connectivity Setup Request.
  7. Complete required fields, then click Submit.
  8. Navigate to Case Details.
  9. Upload your completed Connectivity Request Form.
