You must register for Security Position Report (SPR) web service in order to retrieve your omnibus proxy. It is available along with related position listing the morning after record date. If you’re already an SPR client, you already have access to your omnibus proxy when it becomes available.

Note: An officer of your firm must complete the initial new company registration before others can register.
Once registered and approved tor access to the DTC web service, make sure all of your CUSIPS are appropriately included on your Eligible Issue list within the SPR web service.
- If a CUSIP does not appear on your Eligible Issue List, you will not be able to retrieve the omnibus information on that CUSIP until it is added. If you are using a third-party agent, make sure that all the necessary agents are authorized via your agent authorization screen.
Advise DTCC of meeting and record date information at least twenty days prior to record date.
