AnnounceDirect is an announcement portal that allows agents, issuers, or third parties to provide Corporate Action announcement information directly to DTCC’s announcement and processing systems. This initiative is currently in development and is anticipated to go live in 2026.
Currently, the portal is available for testing Redemption events only. As development progresses, the test environment will expand, allowing users to test additional redemption event types and capabilities. DTCC will continue to engage the industry as it develops the portal.
Today, DTCC is engaging the industry as we build to solicit feedback and test the new user interface.
Who Can Use AnnounceDirect
The portal is initially limited to Redemption Agents for the Proof of Concept. Once the service is live, all issuers, agents and third-party stakeholders will be able to use the service. To obtain access to the portal for pilot testing, please contact
