CTM 4.0: Match Your Trades

Target audience: 

• Broker/dealers and investment managers who use the CTM User Interface to manage the trades that are sent to CTM from their own internal system (i.e. not using the manual entry functionality)
• Users who have limited/no experience with the CTM User Interface 4.0
• Current users of CTM who want to upgrade to the latest version (4.0)

Course description:

One of the benefits of the CTM solution is that it allows users to catch trade matching exceptions prior to settlement, saving valuable time and helping to reduce costs. During this training session you will learn how to identify and resolve these matching exceptions using the CTM User Interface 4.0 and understand the key differences between the latest version of the user interface and previous versions.

• Understand the benefits of upgrading to the CTM UI 4.0
• Navigate the CTM UI 4.0, viewing Mismatched, Not Matched and All Exceptions
• Efficiently manage your matching exceptions using functionality available through the CTM User Interface, including amending, cancelling, force matching and rejecting
• Access Match Agreed trades and search for trades using trade data or references
• Customize your grid
• Understand the process to upgrade and content of future releases
