CNS Regression Testing (PSE)

  • PSE (Client Test): July 13, 2026
  • Production: November 2026
Beginning July 13, 2026, clients should initiate testing of CNS input and output files and messages to confirm readiness. The DTCC Integration team is your primary contact for testing and setup support. The team works with your firm to determine required steps and support testing readiness.

To identify the functional impact, understand timelines and sequencing, and align internal planning, review the following DTCC Transformation Resources:

To prepare for CNS testing, perform the following tests in the PSE (Test) environment:

  • Review the CNS Transformation important notices A9742. 
  • Confirm message integrity, sequencing, and continuity for CNS machine readable input and output files.
  • Verify retrieval through CDTS 1.0. No connectivity changes are required.
  • Submit Exemption and Priority files to NSCC.
  • Test CNS Intraday ISO15022 in the PSE (Test) environment (Subscribed Members).

 

Test accessing and retrieving new CSV reports through the new Securities Data Experiences system. This confirms workflows remain uninterrupted after the legacy outputs are retired.  

View the new CSV report layouts that are replacing the print image outputs. You will be able to access these reports, in CSV format, from the Securities Data Experiences service through the MyDTCC portal. Access requires SAC provisioning for the Securities Data Experiences system.

Note: Print Image CNS reports will be retired.
