Course description: 

This training session is designed to review, reinforce and upgrade users' existing knowledge of the ALERT platform. Topics covered include an overview of ALERT, managing settlement data, handling invalid or outdated settlement instructions, knowing the best practice guidelines for market instructions to generating helpful reports. By the end of the training course, ALERT Buy Side Clients will be able to apply their knowledge of the application to effectively manage their settlement instructions and ensure that ALERT data are updated and accurate.

• Grant Sell Side Clients access to view settlement instructions and understand how to view theirs
