Manage My Services for ITP Product Administrators

Target audience: 

This webinar is intended for new and existing Product Administrators who are responsible for managing Product and Data Authentication Administrators and users’ access to DTCC systems: MyDTCC and Institutional Trade Processing (ITP) Services.


Course description:

As a Product Administrator you are responsible for authorizing, administering, monitoring, and revoking access privileges where appropriate. During this session, you will learn how to add new, modify existing, and remove Product and Data Authentication Administrators and Users.


Learning objectives:

By the end of this session, you should be able to:

  • Navigate the Manage My Services page
  • Efficiently manage your Product and Data Authentication Administrators and users, providing them access to the MyDTCC Portal and the roles needed for ITP Products and Services
  • Use additional Manage My Services functionality
    • Generate Reports
    • Check Transaction History
    • Password Reset for Users and Administrators
