The GTR Connectivity team handles new set-up requests for the automation of reports, covering a range of connection options and protocols.

On this page you will find information about your available Connectivity Options when you get started with DTCC’s products as well as links to further connectivity guidance if you’re an existing user .

The page is divided into different sections:

  1. Content for new clients: find sFTP guides and troubleshooting guides to assist your technical teams. If you are a new GTR client, there’s a dedicated section for you, too. 4 GTR and RH sFTP Connectivity Starter Pack

This pack is meant for new clients or existing clients wanting to create a new sFTP connection into DTCC for the GTR or Report Hub Service. Included in this pack are 1) a factsheet that will offer a quick overview of the service offering 2) a checklist listing the activities expected by both the client and DTCC to complete the setup 3) a Connectivity form for the client to provide information relating to the setup 4) two support guides that will provide more details into DTCC's sFTP service 5) Header/trailer checker to help build the submission file.

Effective 15th of June 2020, all EMIR onboarding shall be managed through Manage Services platform. Manage Services is a product available to GTR clients via MyDTCC (US Portal) and MyDTCC – EMEA (EU Portal). Currently, Manage Services is available for the SFTR and EMIR services.

Super Access Coordinators

A Super Access Coordinator is the contact within your firm who will be responsible for managing who has access to the repository services. Super Access Coordinators are granted access to the US Portal for the purpose of provisioning users, within their firm with access to the GTR.
