Supporting US trades via CTM is the first step in an evolution to a more seamless, automated trade matching and confirmation platform and is key to helping you connect to over 200 US domiciled investment managers and hedge funds currently sending US securities over CTM. Along with clients such as Wellington, State Street Global Advisors, and Franklin Templeton, the majority of our buy side community plan to start moving their US trades from OASYSTM to CTMTM in 2019 due to a preference for CTM’s central matching workflow, settlement notification, and ALERT® enrichment.
In this area of the Learning Center you can find further information on using CTM to support your US trades, including detailed workflow diagrams, videos and documentation. Depending on whether you are a buy-side or sell-side client and whether you are already a CTM user, you can access the specific sections on this page that provide you with relevant information and also next steps to begin your move to CTM. Further resources such as Documents, Videos and FAQs can be found in the tabs at the top of this page.
As someone who hasn't previously used CTM to support your day-to-day operations for US trades, the below provides you with the following resources:
1. Onboarding guides outlining the interface options which are available for you to implement a connection to the CTM service
2. Counterparties who already support the matching of US trades on CTM
3. Next steps to begin your move from OASYS to CTM.
