Course description:

One of the benefits of the CTM solution is that it allows users to catch trade matching exceptions prior to settlement, saving valuable time and helping to reduce costs. During this two-part training session, you will learn how to identify and resolve these matching exceptions using the CTM UI 4.0.  The second part of the session will focus on the CTM and TradeSuite ID for Auto-Affirmation trade flow.

Part 1 - CTM trade flow and 4.0 UI (30-45 minutes)
Part 2 - CTM Auto-Affirmation trade flow and overview of TradeSuite ID (30 minutes)

Learning objectives:

Part 1:

  • Navigate the CTM UI 4.0, viewing Mismatched, Not Matched and All Exceptions
  • Efficiently manage your matching exceptions using functionality available through the CTM UI, including amending, cancelling, force matching and rejecting
  • Access Match Agreed trades and search for trades using trade data or references
  • Customize your grid

Part 2:

  • Understand the CTM Auto-Affirmation trade flow and matching process
  • Navigate the TradeSuite ID NearMatch to manage your exceptions and view confirm statuses in Confirm/Affirm 
  • View an example of an Equity Option Trade
  • Customize your grid
