inSITE: Delete Profile

The Deactivate Profile functionality is available to theBroker Managerand Broker User (Maker)user roles.

You can delete profiles with a status of Draft, Submitted, or Rejected. Profiles with an Active status can only be deleted if the Effective Date is greater than today’s date (that is, a date in the future). For all other statuses, profiles cannot be deleted; instead, they must be deactivated to disable them.

To activate profile:

  1. On the Profile List under inSITE: Add / Manage Profile, select one or more profiles. Click Delete Profiles.
  2. On the Delete Confirmation window, click Yes to deleted selected profile or click No to cancel this action.
  3. Click OK to delete the profile information.
  4. The Success banner will display indicating that selected profile has been deleted successfully.

Note

You cannot delete profiles that are Active or are in the process of being Deactivated. Once a profile is Active (or Pending Activation), it cannot be deleted. Your only option to stop using the profile is to deactivate it.
