ALERT: Manage Broker > Access Lists
Broker lists save you time as you work with ALERT. If you have read/ write permissions, you can assign a list of brokers access to an account on the Accounts and Broker Access page.
To view the broker list, select Manage Lists > Broker List from the Utilities menu.
ALERT displays a list of all broker access lists on the Manage Broker Access List(s) page. The tasks you can perform on the Manage Broker Access List(s) page include:

All broker access lists appear on the Manage Broker Access Lists(s) page.
- Select the check box to the left of the list name.

Click View.
The View Access Broker List page shows all brokers in the list.
- Click OK.
- Click Create New.
- On the Create new Broker Access list page, enter a unique List Name.
- Search for brokers to include in the list:
- Select Acronym or Organization Name from the Search for drop-down list.
- Enter a full or partial acronym or organization name in the search field.
If you do not enter a name in this field, ALERT returns all brokers.
- Click Search.
ALERT returns a list of brokers that match the search parameters.
- Search for brokers to include in the list:
- Add brokers to the broker list:
- To add brokers, select one or more brokers in the Available pane and then click Add.
- To remove brokers, select one or more brokers in the Broker List pane and click Remove.
- Click Save.
The list appears on the Manage Broker Access List(s) page.
- To edit the broker access list, click the link in the Name field.
Note A limit of 100 broker acronyms can be added or removed at one time.
You must have read/ write permissions to delete broker access lists.
- Select the check box to the left of the list you want to delete, or select the top-level check box to delete all broker access lists.
- Click Delete List.
- In the Delete Broker list Confirmation prompt, click OK.
