inSITE: Profile Statuses

Profile statuses are based on Maker/Checker capabilities. Each enrichment profile has an assigned status as defined in and Table 1 and Table 2 .

With Maker/Checker

Table 1 Profile Statuses with Maker/Checker (Lowest to Highest)
Status	Description	Allowable Actions
Draft	The Maker is in the process of uploading a disclosure document and adding the document enrichment criteria.	Delete—The Maker can delete a profile. When the Draft stage is completed, the Maker can submit profiles for approval by the Checker.
Submitted for Activation Approval	The Checker can review document and profile details and approve or reject.	Approve—Profile status changed to Active. Reject—Profile status changed to Rejected.
Rejected	The Maker can change profile and document information. The Maker can perform functions as in Draft status.	Delete—The Maker can delete the profile. Status change—When the Maker has made updates, he or she can resubmit profiles for approval by the Checker. Status is placed back in Submitted status.
Active (and Pending Activation)¹	The profile is active for the CTMand TradeSuite ID services. The Maker can make changes by: Adding profile data Deactivating an active profile Deactivating an entire document and all its profiles Copying the existing profiles with new effective dates Active profiles are marked as Pending Activation when the effective date is in the future (greater than today plus one day).	Deactivate a profile— Add a deactivation date to the profile. The profile status then changes to Submitted for Deactivation. Deactivate a document and all profiles: Add a deactivation date to all the profiles. The profile status then changes to Submitted for Deactivation. Add a new disclosure document and copy all the profiles with new effective dates (one day greater than deactivation date). Set the new profiles to Submitted status.
Draft Deactivation	The Maker can add a deactivation date.	The Maker can submit deactivation for the Checker to verify.
Submitted for Deactivation Approval	The Checker can review document and profile details and approve or reject.	Approve—The profile status changed to Deactivated. Rejected—The profile status changed to Rejected Deactivation.
Rejected for Deactivation	The Checker rejected the deactivation date.	The Maker must correct and resubmit.
Deactivated/Pending Deactivation²	Available for reports. Deactivated profiles are marked as Pending Deactivation when the deactivation date is in the future (greater than today plus one day).	No action allowed—Deactivated profiles cannot be enriched with a confirm disclosure.

Without Maker/Checker
Draft	You are in the process of uploading a disclosure document and adding enrichment criteria.	Delete—You can delete a profile. When the Draft stage is completed, you can activate the profiles (no approvals required by another user).
Active (and Pending Activation)¹	Profile is Active for the CTM and TradeSuite ID services. Users can make changes by adding profile data, deactivating an active profile, or deactivating an entire document and all its profiles, copying the existing profiles with new effective dates. Active profiles are marked as Pending Activation when the effective date is in the future (greater than today plus one day).	Deactivate a profile. Add a deactivation date to the profile and the profile status changes. Deactivate a document and all profiles: Add a deactivation date to all the profiles and the profile status changes to Deactivated. Add a new disclosure document and copy all the profiles with new effective dates (one day greater than deactivation date). Set the new profiles to Active status.
