inSITE: Document Management Overview

Your user role determines which tasks you can perform on the Document Management window:

  • Search Documents - Broker users (Viewer) are limited to search and view capabilities.
  • Add New Document - Broker users (Checker) can approve or reject replacement documents and profiles.
  • Add/ Manage Profile(s) - Broker managers and broker users (Maker) can add, edit, replace, deactivate documents, and manage profiles.
