CTM User Interface: Introduction

In the UI, you can perform extensive tasks, including but not limited to the following areas:

Area Description
Dashboard View a snapshot of the status of a day’s trading activity.
Trade Exceptions view

Create trades using customized and editable templates or copy blocks and leverage existing trade information. Also, monitor your matching exceptions and take action to resolve them. (depending on your trade side and organizational role permissions):

  • Force pair blocks with a status of MACH, NMAT, and MISM.
  • Break paired blocks with a status of MISM, MACH, or NMAG.
  • Force match blocks, allocations, and trade sides.
  • Submit, accept, and reject cancel requests in various Match and Match Agreed statuses.
  • Reject a single or multiple counterparty allocations in a MISM or NMAT status.
  • View Standing Settlement Instructions (SSIs) on allocations, including dual SSIs.
  • View and close trade errors.
  • Amend blocks and allocations.
  • Copy trades—either blocks or allocations (for a selected block).
  • Download inSITE service disclosures from an allocation in Trade Side Details.
  • Export a set of or all trade information to a CSV file—My Side or Counterparty.
Match Agreed view

View or export trade data for a specified time interval, including trade confirms and tax invoices. as follows:

  • Trades to a CSV file
  • Trade confirms (contracts) and tax invoices to PDF files
Search

Search for your blocks or allocations for your trade side (My Side) as follows:

  • By Reference, using a trade identifier to find a single trade.
  • Advanced, using a set of criteria to find one or more trades with the same parameters.
