CTM USDI and USDM Status Codes
Third Party Status Information
A communication status for broker dealers using the USDI and USDM workflow. These statuses are relevant for U.S. equity and fixed income trades settling at the DTC or Fedwire. The USDI and USDM workflows use the ThirdPartyStatus field to track the communication status of a USDI and USDM TradeDetail. It also allows CTM to efficiently determine the current state of the USDI and USDM. The ThirdPartyStatus impacts the definition of MATCH AGREED (MAGR) and allowed executing broker actions
USDI Confirms
USDI confirms cannot be affirmed by an outside source in TradeSuite ID and are affirmed by CTM based on Match Agreed Status.
USDM Confirms
USDM confirms can be affirmed by an outside source, such as a custodian, investment manager, or prime broker.
The following table describes the third-party statuses definition of Match Agreed (MAGR) for USDI and USDM that CTM applies to the fields.
