PSOP - Viewing the Terms of a Subscription

Use the following procedure to view the terms of a specific subscription and to view the times when the Rights Subscription application is available for processing the subscription.

1. From the Participant Browser System Home Page select Corporate Actions Services.

   The Corporate Actions Services Home Page appears.

2. From the Corporate Actions Services Menu in the Instructions and Inquiries section select Rights Subscriptions.

   If prompted, enter your user ID and password and click Submit.

   The Rights Processing - Main Menu appears.

3. Select " 6 - Inquiry Menu" from the Option field.

4. Click Submit.

   The Rights Processing - Inquiry Menu page appears.

5. Select "1 - Rights Inquiry" from the Option field.

6. Click Yes in the Historical field to view past rights offers or N to view current rights offers, then click Submit.

   The Rights Offering CUSIP List appears.

7. Select "X - Offer Detail" from the Select field.

   The Rights Processing - Rights Offering Information page appears.
