PREM - Removing a Security from Your Account

Use the following procedure to request that a security be removed from your DTC account.

1. On the Settlement Services menu, under the Other Settlement Functions section, select Worthless Securities.

   If prompted, type your User ID and password and click Submit.

   The Position Removal By Participant Request Screen appears.

2. Enter values in the CUSIP-No and Quantity fields and click Submit.

3. Click Update.
