NWT1 - Adding a Withdrawal-by-Transfer (WT) in PBS

You can enter WTs during the day to be processed by the Auto WT System during the evening.

1. From the Securities Processing Services page, select Auto Night Withdrawal by Transfer.

   The Night W/T Data Collection screen appears.

2. On the Night W/T Data Collection page, type all required and applicable information for your WT transaction and click Submit.

   If no errors are found, you are prompted to click Update.

   If you specified a Limited Partnership by choosing Alien in the Citizenship/LP field, the Limited Partnership Certification Language screen appears. Press Submit to continue.

3. Click Update.

   The message 'Record added' appears and a confirmation ticket labeled Original Record prints on your designated printer.

4. Optional. To add additional records with similar information, click Redisplay.

   Details from your last transaction appear in certain fields on the page. To add an additional record, modify and add to the information as needed and click Submit.
