IVRS - Modifying a Transaction

Use the following procedure to modify the details of a previously entered transaction.

1. On the Corporate Action Services menu, under the Investors Voluntary Redemption and Sales Service section, select IVORS for Sponsors.

   If prompted, type your user ID and password and click Submit.

   The Main Menu page appears.

2. Type the information in the following fields and click Submit

   • Screen#: Type 2
   • CUSIP Number: Type the CUSIP number

   The Select One Transaction Below to Modify screen appears

3. Type S to the left of the transaction you want to modify and click Submit.

   The Enter Your Modification of Settlement Details screen appears.

4. Type information in any of the fields that are open for modification, then click Submit.

   The message 'Data validated' appears.

   Note

   For non-rollover transactions, if you change the TransType, the Sponsor Decision defaults to N. You can type over this setting.

5. Click Update.

   The message 'Transaction database updated' appears.
