IVRS - Cancelling a Transaction

Use the following procedure to cancel a participant's request.

1. On the Corporate Action Services menu, under the Investors Voluntary Redemption and Sales Service section, select IVORS for Sponsors.

   If prompted, type your user ID and password and click Submit.

   The Main Menu page appears.

2. Type information in the following fields and click Submit.

   • Screen#: Type 2
   • CUSIP Number: Type the CUSIP number

   The Select One Transaction Below to Cancel page appears.

3. Type S to the left of the transaction you want to cancel and click Submit.

   The Enter Your Cancellation Reason page appears.

4. Type the reason for cancelling the transaction in the Cancel Reason field and click Cancel.

   The message 'Transaction cancelled & transaction database update' appears.
