ECSP - Viewing Envelope Pickup and Delivery Information in PBS

Use this procedure to view delivery instructions and perform a variety of inquiries about the pickup and receipt status of your deliveries.

1. On the Securities Processing menu, under the Other section, select Envelope Control System for Participants.

   If prompted, type your user ID and click Submit.

   The Main Menu page appears.

2. Type 3 in the Option field and click Submit.

   The Inquiry page appears.

3. Type one of the following options in the Report Option field to narrow the parameters of your inquiry:

   • For a list of envelopes received at the window.

   • For a list of envelopes picked up by your messenger at the window.

   • For list of envelopes pending receipt at the window.

   • For a list of envelopes pending pickup at the window.
   • To view information about a specific envelope.

   • To view daily money settlement totals.

4. Click Submit.
5. The Envelope Inquiry page appears with the desired information.
