In this field	You can
Activity Date	View the date the item was entered or changed in the DTAX system.
CUSIP	View the CUSIP number of the selected item.
Next	Click to access the next page of information.
Payment Date	View the payment date.
Previous	Click to access the previous page of information.
Record Date	View the record date associated with the income distribution.
Reset	Click to remove information you typed on the page.
Security Information Updated Since	Type a different date and click Submit to change your search results.
Select	Click one of the following to choose the type of detail you want to view. H: History (To view a history of changes) X: Select Date (To view tax classification details)
Submit	Click to change your search results. For example, type a different tax year and click Submit.
