CERR - Viewing Previously Submitted Instructions for CD Early Redemptions in PBS

Use the following procedure to view a list of issues that were previously redeemed (up to two years), and to view the submitted instruction details for a specific issue.

  1. From the Corporate Action Services home page, go to the Instructions and Inquires section, and click CD Early Redemption Requests.

    If prompted, enter your user ID and password.

    The CD Early Redemption Request Menu page appears.

  2. In the Option field, select 3 - Inquiry from the drop-down list.

    The CD Early Redemption - Main Menu page appears.

  3. Optional: In the CUSIP field, type the CUSIP number of the CD for which you are inquiring.

  4. In the Historical field, click Y.

    Note

    Group users can also type a participant number in the Participant field . (optional)

  5. Click Submit.

    The Paid CD Early Redemption CUSIP List page appears.

    Note

    If you entered a CUSIP number in the CUSIP field, the list begins with that issue.

  6. Optional: To view the Transaction Submission Form for a specific CUSIP, click the Command check box to the left of the CUSIP.

    The CD Early Redemption - Exempt CD Early Redemption Trans Submission page appears, displaying the details of the early redemption submission.

  7. Optional: To find a specific instruction, enter the Transaction ID in the Skip to Transaction field.

    To list issues beginning with a specific date, enter the date in the Skip to Date field in yymmdd format.
