Change Your Password
If you cannot access your account, or if your password expires, you need to reset it. Reset your password in one of three ways depending which page you are on. If you encounter any issues while resetting your password, contact the Client Center.
Resetting your password changes it for all your ITP accounts, including Client Test (PSE) and Production.
From Within MyDTCC

Click Password from the profile drop-down menu to open the Log in window.
- If prompted, enter your current password and click Log in to open the Reset Password window.
- Click Change passwords.
- If prompted, complete the reCAPTCHA.
- If you have more than one account, select all.
- Enter and confirm a new password according to the requirements in the window.
From the MyDTCC or Product LogIn Page
- Click Forgot your Password? to open the Forgot Password window.
- Enter your Login ID and click Continue. DTCC sends an email to the address associated with your account.
- Read the email, and click the url to reset your password.
- If prompted, complete the reCAPTCHA.
- If you have more than one account, select all.
- Enter and confirm a new password according to the requirements in the window.
