Account SI Scan

Use this utility to search for and edit invalid account-level settlement instruction details.

Searching for and Viewing Reports for Invalid Account Settlement Instruction Details

  1. Select SI Scan > Account SI Scan from the Utilities menu.
  2. On the SI Scan - Account SI page, enter a full or partial access code to narrow search results.

    If you do not provide an access code, search results include invalid instructions for all account access codes.

  3. Select more criteria to narrow the search (model name, country, security, method) from the respective drop-down lists.
  4. Click Search.

    ALERT returns a list of invalid account settlement instructions that match the search criteria.

Editing an Invalid Account SIs

You must have read/write permissions to edit settlement instructions.

  1. Click a link in the Access Code field to open the Edit Settlement Instruction page.
  2. Edit the instruction to suit your business needs.
  3. Click Save after updating the instruction or click Close to proceed without editing the instruction.

Editing Multiple Invalid Account SIs:

  1. Click the Save to Excel icon.
  2. Enter a unique name for the report and click OK.

    ALERT sends you an email when the report is ready to view.

  3. Retrieve the report on the Reports Run page.
  4. Amend the invalid Account SI on the Excel spreadsheet.
  5. Upload the spreadsheet to ALERT.
