ALERT: Upload AKAS Overrides

Investment manages and broker/dealers can create a list of new AKAS Overrides via uploads.

To Upload AKAS Overrides Rules:

1. Put your cursor over Uploads from the Utilities drop-down list.
2. Click Upload New File.

   For investment manager with AKAS subscription roles using uploads, see Figure 22 . For broker/dealer with AKAS subscription roles using uploads, see Figure 23 .

3. Select the data type AKAS Override Rules.

4. Click Browse to upload the template populated with all required fields.
5. Click Validate.

Ensure you have the uploads template - Override_Rules_Template and populate the fields as described in Table 1 .

Counterparty		12	Optional field. Applicable only for brokers/dealers.
Group 1	Country, Security		ISO country code and 3-character security code. Both mandatory if user chooses group 1 to set override rules.
Group 2	Security ID		Mandatory if user chooses group 2 to set override rules.
Currency	ISO Currency Codes	3	Optional and can be applied to rules created using either group 1 or group 2.
Country	ISO Country Codes	2
Method	Alphanumeric	11
Security	3-character code	3

Notes

Users must choose either group 1 or group 2 when creating override rules. Users are allowed to only create override rules using uploads. Delete functionality is not available via uploads.

Record limit

The limit is 2000 data rows.
