Custodian Alerts

In the Alerts Summary, you can view or discard alerts. You can discard an alert from the Alerts Summary page or from the the Alerts Summary Filtered by Acronym page.

To view the list of alerts for the Settlement Instruction Controller acronym:

1. On the Alerts Summary page , click the link in the Number of Alerts column or select acronyms, then click View to open the alerts for the selected acronym(s). The Settlement Instruction Controller is the acronym (owner) of the SI instructions for a particular account. The acronym is a global custodian direct acronym (with an A/C @ GC).

   Use the respective columns to filter alerts by:

   1. Change Made
   2. Date generated
2. To view alert details, click the link in the Changes column.

To discard alerts:

1. On the Alerts Summary page or on the Alerts Summary Filtered by Acronym page, select the check boxes for the alerts you want to discard.
2. Click Discard.

Note

For optimal performance, discard unneeded alerts regularly.
