GC Direct

If you use a global custodian to maintain standing settlement instructions through the GC Direct interface, you can view the status of pending settlement instruction requests. This section of the home page displays settlement instruction requests in three queues

• Pending items are awaiting response from the global custodian.
• In retrieval items are in process by the global custodian.
• Rejected items are global custodian account numbers the global custodian has declined the request to maintain.
