Account SI Scan

Use this utility to search for invalid account-level settlement instruction details and to view a report of the results.

  1. Select SI Scan > Account SI Scan from the Utilities menu.
  2. Enter a full or partial access code for which to return results.

    If you do not provide an access code, search results include invalid instructions for all account access codes.

  3. Select criteria to narrow the search (model name, country, security, or method) from the respective drop-downs.
  4. Click Search.

    ALERT returns a list of invalid account settlement instructions. You can use the navigation links to scroll through the list.

  5. Click a link in the Access Code field to open the Edit Settlement Instruction page.

    Note
    You must have read/write permissions to edit settlement instructions.
  6. Click Save to update the settlement instruction or Close to proceed without editing the instruction.
  7. Click Save to Excel.
  8. Click OK to verify the charge for the report.

    ALERT sends you an email when the report is ready to view.

  9. Retrieve the report on the Reports Run page.
